Steve is Westwood's part-time Executive Director. Steve has served on many leadership teams as a layperson at Westwood. He and Arlette are parents of two adult children: Josh and Emily. You can find Steve usually in the Commons after the first service near the entrance doors to the Auditorium.

Robyn, a Westwood alumni, assists part-time in the office. Her talents allow her to guide Westwood's benevolent ministries in meeting the needs of Westwood's people efficiently and effectively. She's married to Rick, with whom she has three kids: Max, Oliver, Teddy.

Josh began serving as Westwood's worship director in 2011. Josh is not only passionate about music and worship, but also about leading and coaching. He's married to Danielle, with whom he has one little boy named Brock. The best place to find Josh on a Sunday Morning is in the Auditorium on stage or around the Sound Booth.

Ryan oversees the church building and grounds. Westwood relies on his servant spirit and "do anything" attitude. His wife, Lindsey, to whom he was married in 2011, grew up at Westwood. The best place to find Ryan during weekend services is on stage, KIDCITY, the Commons, or in the Barn -- he just might be anywhere.

Jay leads Westwood's older kids (Grades K-5) ministries. He's married to Tina and enjoys spending time with their sons, Brady and Blake. Jay has a degree in Elementary Education from St. Cloud State University. Not only does Jay work enthusiastically with Uptown KIDCITY kids (and their parents), he also assists Matt Reeve, Westwood's youth pastor, on Wednesday Nights. The best place to find Jay during weekend services is upstairs in the Blue Room.

Ann joined Westwood staff in the fall of 2012. She is one of the friendly voices you will hear when you call the church office. She has many roles in the office and assists the staff with their needs. Ann graduated from Northwestern College in the Cities with a degree in Educational Studies and enjoys attending Sunday Night Church.

Matt started full-time in January 2013 as our new youth pastor. He has ministered to students and their parents for over 20 years. He graduated from Crown College with a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry, Biblical studies and minor in counseling. He has served as a Youth Minister in three other churches previously before coming to Westwood. Matt would say his greatest accomplishment is marrying way out of his league to Jami, his incredible wife of 21 years, and having two amazing daughters; Jordan (20), and Morgan (18).

Amber, married to Ricky, serves as the Office Manager at Westwood. With skill and attention, Amber has specialized in managing the church's financial ministries for several years.

Dave began serving at Westwood in 1996. Since then, he and his wife, Jean, have been raising three kids: Grace, Claire, and Josiah. He leads ministries which help seekers and newcomers begin and develop a relationship with Jesus Christ, as well as ministries that help Jesus-followers get connected to one another. The best place to find Dave during weekend services is out in the Commons carrying on a conversation with someone like you.

Steve has been leading Westwood Church since 1993. He is committed to teaching the Bible practically and reliably. Steve influences ministries that serve Westwood's God-given purposes. Steve and his wife, Linda, have raised three children: Jill, Ryan, and Brent. The best place to find Steve on Sunday is in the Auditorium and the Commons greeting people (before getting on the stage to give a BibleTalk).

Sarah, Westwood's part-time young kids' (infants - age 5) director, is wife to Dave and mom to Ellie, Katie, and Josh. With her energy and personality, she cares both about bringing kids to Jesus and about the volunteers and parents who help in the ministry. The best place to find Sarah on Sunday mornings is in the Kids Lobby or helping out in one of the kids' classrooms.

Katie takes on the challenge (part-time) of mobilizing the people of Westwood to serve in Westwood's programs and ministries, especially in their areas of giftedness. Also, she parents two small boys, Benjamin and Braden, with her husband, Eric.

Lance, is Westwood’s part-time young adult ministry co-ordinator, married to Erin and is currently pursuing a theology degree. Lance loves people and is passionate about helping young adults discover a relationship with God.
