Westwood offers many seminars/workshops throughout the year to help you grow in your faith walk. These seminars touch on a variety of topics and techniques to help you live a life that is pleasing to God.

We all need a plan for our money. Financial Peace University (FPU) is that plan! It teaches God's ways of handling money. Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small group activities, FPU presents biblical, practical steps to get from where you are to where you've dreamed you could be. This plan will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely, and much more!

Topic 2 – "The Content of Westwood"

Explores our doctrinal distinctives, values, and model for ministry.

Topic 3 – "The Character of Westwood"

Every church does things a little or a lot different depending upon what has shaped its character. This session explores topics like: Why Believers’ Baptism? Parent-Child Dedications? Infrequent Communion?

Topic 4 - "The Case for Membershp"

Explores membership; its biblical basis and benefits.

It's an exciting, fast-paced evening, designed to help you discover you’re SHAPE for ministry.Your SHAPE is one-of-a-kind, like a puzzle piece, and according to the apostle Paul, the church needs your missing piece! Your SHAPE is a combination of your Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experiences.

During 201, you'll complete a SHAPE Profile, which is a Discovery tool that helps reveal how God wants to use someone with your SHAPE to minister to others in need. Childcare provided upon request.
